What kind of access to my site do you need?

We generally require the following:
-Access to your WordPress admin (you can create a new user for us or send us an existing login, and we can create a new user from there).

-Control panel access to your hosting account. Specifically, we will need FTP access as well as access to your site’s database. If you are unsure how to get this information, just contact us and we will help walk you through it.
