If you need further assistance checking your browser settings, go to "Help" on your web browser toolbar. The issue could also be due to the SameSite Cookie feature.
To disable this feature in Chrome, you can do the following:
1. Disable flag chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies
2. Disable flag chrome://flags/#cookies-without-same-site-must-be-secure
3. Restart chrome and sign in to support.curiousm.com
If you experience the same thing in Firefox, do this:
1. Go to about:config
2. Disable the following two configs:
a. network.cookie.sameSite.laxByDefault
b. network.cookie.sameSite.noneRequiresSecure
3. Restart Firefox and sign in to support.curiousm.com
