Visit the portal at https://support.curiousm.com/ and login via the username and password you originally were signed up with. You can also reset your password here if you forgot it.
If for some reason the window displays a blank screen with just our logo, you'll want to check and see if Javascript is being blocked in your browser (or use a different browser).
After logging in, you'll see the support portal home page. Click on "Submit a request" at the top right to create a new support ticket. Alternatively, if you'd like to review or manage your existing tickets, click the green button which says "View My Requests".
